At Abby Nelson Art, every piece is handmade with care—whether it's an original painting or a fine art print.
Because each order is thoughtfully created, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your piece to arrive. This timeline includes time for:

Finishing and Varnishing: Original paintings require drying, varnishing, and careful packaging to ensure they arrive safely. These may take a little longer depending on the piece.

Signing and Packaging: All prints are signed by hand and packaged with the same attention to detail as my originals.
I appreciate your patience as I prepare your artwork—it's worth the wait, and I’m so grateful you’ve chosen to support handmade art.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because each piece is handmade and often made-to-order, all sales are final. However, I want you to love your artwork! If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
In rare cases where a return or exchange is approved:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The item must be returned in its original condition.

Original paintings and custom pieces are not eligible for return.
